• A maximum of 6 persons per villa, including children
• A Deposit of 50% is required on booking
• Balance in full to be paid 21 days prior to arrival
• No charge for cancellation 45 days prior to arrival
• Cancellation within 45 – 14 days prior to arrival 50% of total payment will be charged
• Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival – 100% of total payment will be charged unless the property is re-let or by arrangement with owners/management
• Payment by bank transfer in any of the following currencies at the rate prevailing on the day of booking: USD, SGD, AUD, Euro. Account number will be provided via email. E-receipt will be issued and villa guest guide provided
• A copy of your credit card will be required upon arrival at the villa and held as security. On the day of departure, should damage or loss during your stay, the cost to repair or replace an item will be finalised prior to departure

 

 

LIABILITY:
The owners and staff of Villa Samsara and Villa Rajawali, accept no responsibility for any personal injury, sickness loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by, or arising from the use of the property, its facilities, or otherwise, nor any arising from exceptional weather conditions, Balinese festivals or traditional practices, airlines or other travel arrangements, or any other matter beyond our control or remit. No responsibility is accepted for guests’ personal belongings. Every reasonable effort is made to present the property in excellent order in accordance with its advertised standards.
